Mr. Sitesh Mukherjee has over twenty-eight years of experience in conducting a variety of corporate-commercial arbitrations, as well as regulatory disputes in diverse industries such as telecom, power & infrastructure. He also has significant experience in banking & finance related disputes. A notable feature of his practice is the sheer range of subject matters he traverses – ranging from energy contracts to construction claims, corporate investment disputes, insolvency disputes etc. He is a member of the task force of the ICC Commission on international arbitration of fraud and corruption-related disputes.

Registrar
Mr. Tariq Khan is currently the Registrar of the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad. He is also a former Partner of Advani Law, New Delhi (Formerly Advani & Co.). He is a Professor (Adjunct) at NALSAR University of Law and have authored several books including a commentary on Indian Arbitration Law and have been recognized as an Arbitration Expert by SCC Online.
Mr. Tariq Khan conducted several training programs for arbitrators, mediators, lawyers, JAG officers, IPS officers, corporate counsel etc., and a resource person in various national and international institutions. As a columnist, he has more than 60 publications on arbitration to his credit and currently serving as an advisor for several ADR societies.
Enlisted in the Forbes Legal Power list, 2020-2021 as one of the top individual lawyers and the youngest lawyer listed in BW (Business World) Legal 40 under 40, 2020. Also, featured in Fortune 500 (India) Magazine for authoring best-selling book ‘On the Rise’. He is also a Member of the Scrutiny Committee of the Confederation of Alumni for National Law Universities (CAN) Foundation.
Mr. Tariq Khan have been practicing as a lawyer in the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India having significant experience in domestic and international arbitrations, commercial disputes, writs, MSME disputes, Insolvency & Bankruptcy cases.

Associate Counsel
Ms. Sunayana Kandala enrolled in the Bar Council of Telangana in 2021 and graduated from ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad. Her specialisations include Business and International Laws. She has an experience in both research and handling Labour disputes, Arbitration in Public-Private Partnerships, Infrastructural Laws, Mergers & Acquisitions and Insolvency & Bankruptcy cases.
Ms. Dipshikha Mukherjee,
Associate Counsel
Advocate Dipshikha Mukherjee pursued her law from Symbiosis Law School Hyderabad. She works in the capacity of an Associate Counsel at IAMC Hyderabad. She is an avid reader, researcher and a dispute resolution enthusiast. She is an accredited mediator at SIMI, IMI, ADR ODR International. Her area of interests in law pertains to the domain of technology law and investor-state disputes.
