Ms. Nikshita Niranjan,
Deputy Registrar
Nikshita Niranjan is the Deputy Registrar at the International Arbitration & Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad, where she plays a key role in managing complex dispute resolution proceedings, shaping institutional policies, and driving strategic collaborations. She has been instrumental in leading IAMC’s initiatives, including RERA mediations, the development of IAMC’s e-case filing system, and organizing flagship events, training programs, and webinars to promote alternative dispute resolution. She also actively collaborates with law schools across India, engaging in panel discussions, organizing workshops, and facilitating internships to nurture the next generation of dispute resolution professionals.
Before joining IAMC, Nikshita gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, advising clients on technology, media, and data privacy matters, and assisting startups with contract structuring and negotiation. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the High Court of Telangana, where she honed her expertise in legal research and drafting across a broad spectrum of legal domains.

Ms. Anandita Rajesh,
Associate Counsel
Anandita is a graduate of School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India, with a keen interest in International Dispute Resolution. She has participated in various international conferences on law and has participated in international moot court competitions, including notable arbitration moot court competitions such as the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court Competition.

Ms. Isha Janwa,

Ms. Isha Janwa is a graduate of O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, with a specialization in Construction Arbitration, Investment Arbitration, and International Commercial Arbitration. She is passionate about legal research and writing, considering them essential for refining her ability to articulate complex legal concepts. She has also published articles and gained experience as an editor for various blogs.
