Justice L. Nageswara Rao,
Former Judge, Supreme Court of India
Mr. Justice L. Nageswara Rao enrolled in the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh in 1982 and practiced in the Andhra Pradesh District courts (1982-1984), Andhra Pradesh High Court (1985-1994) and the Supreme Court (1995-2016). In 2000, he was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Andhra Pradesh High Court. He served two terms as Additional Solicitor General of India (2003-2004 and 2013-2014). On May 13th 2016, he became the seventh person elevated directly from the Bar to the Supreme Court.
Justice R.V. Raveendran,
Former Judge, Supreme Court Of India
Justice R.V. Raveendran enrolled as an advocate in March 1968 and was appointed as a Permanent Judge of the Karnataka High Court in February 1993. He was appointed as the Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court in July 2004. He was elevated to the Supreme Court in September 2005 and had a six-year long tenure, before retiring in October 2011. Post-retirement, he has been acting as an arbitrator in several domestic & international arbitrations & has also been appointed by the Supreme Court & the Indian Government on various committees.
Sir Bernard Eder, QC

Sir Bernard Eder practised as a barrister for almost 35 years, specialising in commercial litigation and international arbitration. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1990, Recorder in 1996, and a Justice of the High Court of England and Wales (QBD) in 2011. He acted as Counsel in numerous foreign jurisdictions as well as arbitrator under the aegis of various institutions and on an ad hoc basis. He is a member of the ICC, LCIA, LMAA (supporting member), FHKIArb, FCIArb, SIAC (Panel Member), and SCMA and was elected to the Baltic Exchange in March 2020.
Mr. Toby Landau, QC
Mr. Toby Landau QC is a barrister, an advocate, and a member of the Bars of England & Wales, Singapore, New York, the BVI, and Northern Ireland, and is registered with the DIFC. He practices in London as a sole practitioner and in Singapore from Duxton Hill Chambers with a broad commercial and international practice in London since 1994 and in Singapore since 2017. He is the first QC to have been permanently called to the Singapore Bar. As an arbitrator, he has extensive experience as Chairman, Co-Arbitrator, and Sole Arbitrator in commercial and investor-State disputes. He is a Visiting Professor at Kings College London and the Vice President of the SIAC Court of Arbitration.
Dr. Eun Young Park,
Dr Eun Young Park is an independent arbitrator at Park Arbitration Chambers. As of June 30, 2022, he departed from his role as a founding co-chair of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Group. He has more than 25 years of experience in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration and has served as an arbitrator under the rules of various arbitral institutions and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
He was appointed a Judge of the Seoul District Court of the Republic of Korea in 1994 and received a doctorate degree from the New York University School of Law.
He is a former Vice-President of the LCIA Court and a former President of LCIA Asia Pacific User’s Council. He also served as Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee and as a founding Co-Chair of the IBA Asia Pacific Arbitration Group. He currently serves as a Member of the SIAC Court of Arbitration. He has also served on the board of the Korean Council of International Arbitration and as an Executive Member of the Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center.
Dr Park has earned numerous top rankings as one of the “Leading Lawyers” in Chambers Asia-Pacific for International Arbitration, “Litigation Stars” in Euromoney’s Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific for International Arbitration, and “Thought Leaders” in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration. According to Chambers Asia Pacific 2021, he is well-received as “a titan of the Korean arbitration Bar, with a fearsome reputation that precedes him.” In April 2022 he was awarded Best Lawyers in 2022 by Chosun Biz. He received the Grand Prize Award in Arbitration Practice at the Annual Korea Legal Awards in June 2020, co-hosted by Money Today and the Korea In-house Counsel Association, for his innovative approach to arbitration and for his public contributions in the field. In 2018, he was officially honored by the Republic of Korea in recognition of his contribution to the promotion of arbitration.
