COMPREHENSIVE COURSE ON ARBITRATION
Objective:
The primary objective of our comprehensive arbitration course is to equip students/young
professionals and practitioners with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the field of
arbitration. We aim to provide participants with a solid foundation in arbitration principles,
procedures, and best practices.
This course would be valuable for not only building one’s knowledge of Arbitration under the
Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 but also diversify their career options and avail competitive
