India is at the forefront of a significant shift in dispute resolution marked by the enactment of the Mediation Act, 2023. This legislative milestone coupled with recent developments, highlights the growing need of making mediation a preferred mode for resolving disputes.

It is in this backdrop; we are happy to invite you to the first-ever India Mediation Weekend. This unique event will bring together world’s leading mediators and Mediation Institutions, offering a chance to interact and learn about developments in the mediation space around the world. Sessions will be hosted by Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC); ADR-ODR International, UK; Rajah and Tann Singapore LLP, and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, amongst others. This weekend promises to be a confluence of insightful discussions, networking opportunities and deeper understanding of role of mediation in various sectors. The experts will discuss how mediation can effectively address complex issues in IPR, IBC, cross-border disputes, need for training, diversity and more.
