40-hour Mediation Training Programme For Consumer Rights Council at Vizag
We are pleased to share the successful completion of a 40-hour Mediation Training Programme, conducted in collaboration with the Consumer Rights Council, for its members.
The programme was held from 5 January 2026 to 9 January 2026 in Visakhapatnam, and witnessed enthusiastic participation and meaningful engagement throughout.
The training was conducted by Jawad A J, Registrar, IAMC, along with our Associate Counsel Divija Atluri, who brought valuable practical insights and institutional expertise to the sessions, enriching the learning experience for all participants.
The valedictory ceremony was graciously presided over by Dr. Shankha Brata Bagchi, City Police Commissioner, Visakhapatnam, and Dr. Tanuja , District Consumer Court Judge. Their presence and reflections underscored the growing relevance of mediation in strengthening access to justice and consumer protection.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Vikas Pandey, National President, Consumer Rights Council, and K. Avinash Benjamin Kuncham, National Spokesperson, for the kind invitation and for their continued efforts and vision in advancing consumer rights across the country.
