| From Rs.5,00,00,000 to 10,00,00,000 | ₹ 44,250 + 3,750 per crore of the amount exceeding Rs.5,00,00,000 |
| Over Rs.10,00,00,000 | ₹ 63,000 + 1,500 per crore of the amount exceeding Rs.10,00,00,000 |
FOR EXAMPLE :
From above Rs 1.00 Crore to 2.00 Crore the fee will be Rs 19,500 + Rs 6000 = Rs. 25,500/-
From above Rs 2.00 Crore to 3.00 Crore the fee will be Rs 19,500 + Rs 6000 + Rs 6000 = Rs 31,500/-
From above Rs 3.00 Crore to .00 Crore the fee will be Rs 19,500 + Rs 6000 + Rs 6000 + Rs 6000 =
Rs 37,500/- and so on.
*The fee is divided equally among the Claimant and Respondent.
