Civil & Commercial Mediation Training Programme Successfully Concluded at IAMC Hyderabad

IAMC Hyderabad is delighted to announce the successful completion of its 6-day intensive Civil & Commercial Mediation Training Programme, organised in collaboration with ADR ODR International Limited.
The programme commenced with two days of comprehensive theoretical sessions covering the core principles of civil and commercial mediation, negotiation frameworks, ethics, and cross-border perspectives. Building on this foundation, the following three days were spent in interactive roleplays that allowed them to hone their facilitation, communication, and dispute resolution skills by applying mediation techniques in realistic case scenarios. On the final day, the training concluded with an assessment, which gave the participants an opportunity to demonstrate their learning outcomes and readiness to engage in professional mediation practice.
