Inclusion and Empowerment of Women

On December 10, 2022, International Arbitration Mediation Centre, Hyderabad conducted a Fireside Chat on “Inclusion and Empowerment of Women”.

This event witnessed Hon’ble Ms. Justice Hima Kohli, Judge, Supreme Court of India as the Chief Guest for the Event, Ms. Deepthi Ravula, CEO, WE-Hub, Government of Telangana, Ms. Mamta Sharma, Former General of Police, West Bengal IPS Dr. Swarnalatha, Professor and Head of Department for Nephrology, NIMS Hyderabad and Ms. Padmaja SP Narcotics, IPS , Telangana as the other guests of honour. Ms. Isha Sinha, group legal and compliance head of Medicover hospitals India was the moderator for the fireside chat session.

The event was attended by women entrepreneurs, bureaucrats, women working at various industries, ministries of Telangana and advocates across both AP and Telangana.

Hon’ble Ms.Justice Ms. Hima Kohli facilitated women from various fields in Telangana who have done delightfully well in their respective fields and act as role models to women across the country excelling in their respective fields.

The event has been successful in bridging the gap that India faces in fostering a gender-friendly workspace for women, but has also been monumental in highlighting the importance nuances of gender discrimination as it stands currently.
