Ms. Nikshita Niranjan,
Deputy Registrar.
Nikshita Niranjan is the Deputy Registrar at the International Arbitration & Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad, where she plays a key role in managing complex dispute resolution proceedings, shaping institutional policies, and driving strategic collaborations. She has been instrumental in leading IAMC’s initiatives, including RERA mediations, the development of IAMC’s e-case filing system, and organizing flagship events, training programs, and webinars to promote alternative dispute resolution. She also actively collaborates with law schools across India, engaging in panel discussions, organizing workshops, and facilitating internships to nurture the next generation of dispute resolution professionals.
Before joining IAMC, Nikshita gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, advising clients on technology, media, and data privacy matters, and assisting startups with contract structuring and negotiation. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the High Court of Telangana, where she honed her expertise in legal research and drafting across a broad spectrum of legal domains.

Ms. Aparna Panicker,
Associate Counsel.
Aparna Panicker is the Associate Counsel at the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC). She holds an LL.M. in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore (2024–2025). She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) at the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, India (2018–2023).

Ms. Divija Atluri,
Associate Counsel.
Divija is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law from the University of Southern California. She has also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR University, which has equipped her with extensive academic and practical exposure to Commercial Arbitration and International Business Law. Divija has worked as an Associate under the able guidance of former High Court Judges on various commercial as well as construction arbitration matters. She has presented papers for publication on dispute resolution and business law, including on the Role of Blockchain Technology in Crowdfunding at the International Conference on Management, Economics and Finance (2021) held in Zurich, Switzerland.

Ms. P S Radha,
Administration Manager.
Ms. P. S. Radha holds a Master’s degree from Andhra University and a Bachelor of Arts from SCHVPMR Degree College. She brings over three years of experience as an E-Filing Assistant at the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), where she developed strong skills in case documentation and e-filing systems. Currently serving as a Case Administrator at the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC), Ms. Radha plays a crucial role in managing the administrative facets of arbitration and mediation proceedings. Her responsibilities include efficient handling of case files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and providing essential support to case teams.
Since the inception of IAMC, Ms. Radha has been an integral part of the organization, contributing significantly to its growth and efficiency. Her expertise extends to overseeing hall bookings, coordinating e-filing processes.

Mr. Sai Krishna G,
Accounts Executive.
Saikrishna G is the Accounts Executive at IAMC with over 6 years of experience in auditing and accounting. He holds an MBA in Finance (Master of Business Administration) from Chandigarh University, has completed CA Inter (Chartered Accountancy Intermediate) from ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), and holds a B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) degree from Andhra University.

Mr. Mahesh Pasham,
IT Manager (Operations) , Facilities & Social Media.
Mahesh Pasham holds a Bachelor of Technology degree and has over 8 years of diverse experience in the IT domain. His expertise spans across .NET development, cloud technologies, IT administration, digital marketing, and networking. He has been with IAMC since its inception, where he leads the IT department and also manages the organization’s video conferencing infrastructure and social media presence.
