Mr. Romit Sarkar,
Specialist counsel.
Romit Sarkar serves as a specialist counsel at the International Arbitration & Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad. As a part of the founding secretariat, Romit was responsible for the development of IAMC’s operational protocols and was involved in the day-to-day of case management. He now supports the institution’s public outreach endeavours and actively liaisons with IAMC’s users and other stakeholders to help best meet their needs.
They are an accredited mediator and actively engage in mediation advocacy. Romit holds a master’s in international dispute resolution from Humboldt University Berlin, with a focus on the resolution of disputes in International Investment Law and a B.A. LLb (Hons). from Jindal Global Law School.
Prior to joining the IAMC Secretariat, they gained experience in high-stakes insolvency, renewable energy, real estate, service and employment matters. Romit is also a regular contributor to academia in the ADR space.
Ms. Tanisha Prasad,
Associate counsel.
Tanisha Prasad is a law graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, with an interest in arbitration, mediation, and commercial dispute resolution. She has actively participated in national and international arbitration, mediation, and negotiation competitions, and has served as a strategist for teams representing Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She was awarded Best Mediator at the National Mediation Competition, MNLU Nagpur, and won the International Arbitration Competition at ICAMC, Malaysia. She has also served as a judge at the MNLU Nagpur Intra Mediation Competition.
She has completed a certificate course on the Arbitration of International Disputes from Leiden University and has contributed a chapter on alternative dispute resolution to ADR: Bridging Divides; Building Solutions. Her areas of interest include commercial disputes, arbitration, mediation, and contractual risk management.
Ms. JANAA GANESHAN,
Associate and Administration Manager, IAMC.
Janaa serves as a Case Manager coordinating Mediation and Conciliation proceedings at IAMC and supporting the Centre’s programmes and institutional initiatives. She is also a Consulting Counselling Psychologist.
Janaa has an interdisciplinary background in Psychology and ADR, holding an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, and is an IMI Qualified Mediator.
She is an ADR ODR International Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator and has undertaken specialised mediation training with NIVAARAN – Mediators of the Supreme Court.
Janaa also participated in the Commonwealth Peace Mediation Conference, Jaipur, in 2026. Her international ADR exposure includes serving as a Session Supervisor at the International Investor-State Mediation Competition in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in 2023.
Before joining IAMC, she enjoyed working closely with the Tamil Nadu School Education Department, coordinating large-scale academic initiatives and collaborating with Corporate CSR Programs, upgrading the quality of government schools to meet the standards of private schools.
At IAMC, Janaa brings together psychological insight, mediation training, case management, and stakeholder coordination, enabling her to support ADR processes with a professional, structured and people-centred approach.
Ms. P S Radha,
Administration Manager.
Ms. P. S. Radha holds a Master’s degree from Andhra University and a Bachelor of Arts from SCHVPMR Degree College. She brings over three years of experience as an E-Filing Assistant at the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), where she developed strong skills in case documentation and e-filing systems. Currently serving as a Case Administrator at the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC), Ms. Radha plays a crucial role in managing the administrative facets of arbitration and mediation proceedings. Her responsibilities include efficient handling of case files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and providing essential support to case teams.
Since the inception of IAMC, Ms. Radha has been an integral part of the organization, contributing significantly to its growth and efficiency. Her expertise extends to overseeing hall bookings, coordinating e-filing processes.
Mr. Sai Krishna G,
Accounts Executive.
Saikrishna G is the Accounts Executive at IAMC with over 6 years of experience in auditing and accounting. He holds an MBA in Finance (Master of Business Administration) from Chandigarh University, has completed CA Inter (Chartered Accountancy Intermediate) from ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), and holds a B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) degree from Andhra University.
Mr. Mahesh Pasham,
IT Manager (Operations) , Facilities & Social Media.
Mahesh Pasham holds a Bachelor of Technology degree and has over 8 years of diverse experience in the IT domain. His expertise spans across .NET development, cloud technologies, IT administration, digital marketing, and networking. He has been with IAMC since its inception, where he leads the IT department and also manages the organization’s video conferencing infrastructure and social media presence.

Ms. Nikshita Niranjan,
Ex-Deputy Registrar.
Nikshita Niranjan is the Deputy Registrar at the International Arbitration & Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad, where she plays a key role in managing complex dispute resolution proceedings, shaping institutional policies, and driving strategic collaborations. She has been instrumental in leading IAMC’s initiatives, including RERA mediations, the development of IAMC’s e-case filing system, and organizing flagship events, training programs, and webinars to promote alternative dispute resolution. She also actively collaborates with law schools across India, engaging in panel discussions, organizing workshops, and facilitating internships to nurture the next generation of dispute resolution professionals.
Before joining IAMC, Nikshita gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, advising clients on technology, media, and data privacy matters, and assisting startups with contract structuring and negotiation. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the High Court of Telangana, where she honed her expertise in legal research and drafting across a broad spectrum of legal domains.
Ms. Aparna Panicker,
Ex-Associate Counsel.
Aparna Panicker is Associate Counsel at the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC). She holds an LL.M. in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore (2024–2025), where she also completed specialised coursework in Intellectual Property Arbitration. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi (2018–2023). She is enrolled in the Kerala High Court and is an ADR/ODR International accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator.
Prior to joining IAMC, Aparna was an Associate at GMC Justitia, where she contributed to the Bharat Legal Knowledge Graph Project, filed writ petitions, appeals, and execution petitions, and secured court decisions upholding arbitration clauses, facilitating constitution of arbitration tribunals. Aparna has co-authored a publication on legal ontologies and knowledge graphs, published on Daksh’s website. She has also completed the WIPO CPIP Summer School on Intellectual Property at Antonin Scalia Law School, USA. Beyond her practice, she is actively engaged in building India’s mediation ecosystem and promoting alternative dispute resolution initiatives.
Ms. Divija Atluri,
Ex-Associate Counsel.
Divija is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law from the University of Southern California. She has also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR University, which has equipped her with extensive academic and practical exposure to Commercial Arbitration and International Business Law. Divija has worked as an Associate under the able guidance of former High Court Judges on various commercial as well as construction arbitration matters. She has presented papers for publication on dispute resolution and business law, including on the Role of Blockchain Technology in Crowdfunding at the International Conference on Management, Economics and Finance (2021) held in Zurich, Switzerland.
