Justice L. Nageswara Rao,
Former Judge, Supreme Court of India
Mr. Justice L. Nageswara Rao enrolled in the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh in 1982 and practiced in the Andhra Pradesh District courts (1982-1984), Andhra Pradesh High Court (1985-1994) and the Supreme Court (1995-2016). In 2000, he was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Andhra Pradesh High Court. He served two terms as Additional Solicitor General of India (2003-2004 and 2013-2014). On May 13th 2016, he became the seventh person elevated directly from the Bar to the Supreme Court.

Mr. Toby Landau, KC
International Arbitrator
Mr. Toby Landau QC is a barrister, an advocate, and a member of the Bars of England & Wales, Singapore, New York, the BVI, and Northern Ireland, and is registered with the DIFC. He practices in London as a sole practitioner and in Singapore from Duxton Hill Chambers with a broad commercial and international practice in London since 1994 and in Singapore since 2017. He is the first QC to have been permanently called to the Singapore Bar. As an arbitrator, he has extensive experience as Chairman, Co-Arbitrator, and Sole Arbitrator in commercial and investor-State disputes. He is a Visiting Professor at Kings College London and the Vice President of the SIAC Court of Arbitration.

Sir Bernard Eder, KC
International Arbitrator and Mediator
Sir Bernard Eder practised as a barrister for almost 35 years, specialising in commercial litigation and international arbitration. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1990, Recorder in 1996, and a Justice of the High Court of England and Wales (QBD) in 2011. He acted as Counsel in numerous foreign jurisdictions as well as arbitrator under the aegis of various institutions and on an ad hoc basis. He is a member of the ICC, LCIA, LMAA (supporting member), FHKIArb, FCIArb, SIAC (Panel Member), and SCMA and was elected to the Baltic Exchange in March 2020.

Dr. Eun Young Park,
Independent Arbitrator, Park Arbitration Chambers
Dr. Park is an exceptionally highly recognized dispute resolution lawyer and independent arbitrator. Until recently, he was a partner at Kim & Chang and served as the firm’s co-chair of the International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice Group. Dr. Park served as Vice-President of the LCIA Court and as Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee. He has been on the board of the Korean Council of International Arbitration and served as an Executive Member of the Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center. He has also served as Judge of Seoul District Court of Republic of Korea. He currently serves as a Member of the SIAC Centre Court of Arbitration.

Mr. Promod Nair,
Senior Advocate & Founder, Arista Chambers
Mr. Promod Nair is admitted as both an Advocate in India and as a Solicitor Advocate (currently non-practicing) with Higher Rights of Audience in England and Wales. He is a dispute resolution specialist, with extensive experience in public international law, commercial litigation and arbitration. He has appeared in a broad range of commercial litigation and public law matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Karnataka, Bombay, and New Delhi High Courts. He has also acted as an expert witness on Indian law in judicial proceedings in England & Wales and Hong Kong.

Ms. Chitra Narayan,

Ms. Chitra Narayan is a lawyer, mediator, and independent arbitrator with over 25 years of experience. She is a Professor of the Practice with the Daksha Fellowship at Sai University, Chennai. She has worked in corporate commercial law — both in transaction advisory and dispute resolution, which she brings to support her work in arbitration, mediation, and conciliation. She is an accredited mediator with the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre; a founding Trustee of Foundation for Comprehensive Dispute Resolution (FCDR), Chennai; a mediator at the Compliance Advisory Ombudsman of the World Bank Group; and with the global mediation panel, for UN agencies.
