As mediation increasingly integrates technology, today’s mediators must be equipped with the digital skills necessary to conduct proceedings effectively and confidently in virtual environments. Online mediation platforms, digital communication tools, and AI-enabled resources are transforming the way disputes are resolved, making digital literacy an essential competency for modern mediators.
To support professionals in adapting to this evolving landscape, the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad, in collaboration with Presolv360, is pleased to introduce the training programme “Empowering Mediators for the Digital Future.”

This two-day, fully online programme offers practical guidance on conducting virtual mediations, managing digital workflows, maintaining communication professionalism, and using technology responsibly. Participants will also receive an introduction to generative AI tools that can enhance preparation, communication, and overall mediation effectiveness. Successful completion of the programme will count toward Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements for IAMC-empanelled mediators.
