IAMC Signs MOU With Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs(IICA)
The International Arbitration and Mediation Center (IAMC), Hyderabad, is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).
The aim of this partnership is to enhance the “Ease of Doing Business” in India and fortify the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) ecosystem through the following ways:
Capacity Building: The collaboration’s objective is to establish a specialised community of trained arbitrators, mediators, and dispute resolution professionals by means of customised short-term and long-term courses, seminars, and workshops.
MSME Sector Support: The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector will be the primary focus of mediation, as it plays a critical role in India’s GDP, exports, and overall economic growth.
Policy and Research: The institutions will combine their expertise to create structured programmes, policy-oriented research, and joint initiatives that promote innovation and best practices in dispute resolution.
This initiative is designed to enhance investor confidence and directly aligns with the national vision of Viksit Bharat@2047. Our organisations are dedicated to shaping a more accessible and robust future for mediation and arbitration in India.
