Seminar on “Drafting of an Effective Arbitration Clause”
The Indian Institution of Technical Arbitrators in association with International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC) organized a seminar on a very crucial topic – “Drafting of an Effective Arbitration Clause”
It was an informative discussion in which the Registrar Mr. Tariq Khan gave us pointers about how not to draft an arbitration clause. Experienced arbitrators in the seminar shared their insights from previous arbitrations conducted for everyone’s benefit.
The event was attended by more than 30 members at the venue of IAMC on 26 April 2022.
