Kunal Vajani is the Joint Managing Partner of Fox & Mandal and a Court Member (India) of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Paris. A graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, and Harvard Law School, he is also a Solicitor in England & Wales and holds rights of audience before the DIFC Courts, Dubai. With extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, he has represented corporates and sovereigns in complex disputes across sectors and jurisdictions. He has been recognised by Chambers and Partners and Asian Legal Business among Asia’s leading disputes lawyers.

Aarti Thadani is a senior dispute resolution lawyer based in the UAE with over 15 years at the firm. She advises on major construction projects and cross-border disputes, with experience in arbitration (LCIA, ICC, DIAC, SIAC, UNCITRAL), litigation before DIFC, ADGM, and English courts, and other ADR forums. Ranked as a Next Generation Partner by Legal 500 EMEA 2025, she also sits as an arbitrator and holds Part II Rights of Audience before the DIFC Courts.

Mr. A.J. Jawad, Registrar of IAMC, Hyderabad, is a seasoned advocate with over 35 years of legal experience and 18 years of expertise as a senior mediator and trainer in civil, commercial, international, and matrimonial mediations. He serves as a Senior Mediator-Trainer with the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) of the Supreme Court of India and the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC). Mr. Jawad has conducted numerous judicial and advanced mediation trainings across India, including for the National Judicial Academy and Tamil Nadu Judicial Academy.

Previously, he chaired the Council for the Selection of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic and represented the country at the International Center for Dispute Resolution under the Economic Court of the CIS. Her practice focuses on high-value engineering, construction, and energy disputes, as well as third-party funding and insolvency financing. She is a Specialist Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Centre and serves on the steering committee of the Young International Arbitration & Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad.
