Qualifying Assessment Programme

This form is to record your willingness to undergo the Qualifying Assessment Programme (QAP) [20 Hours Top-Up Programme & Assessment] for the purpose of empanelment as a Mediator with IAMC Hyderabad.

The Qualifying Assessment Programme will be evaluated by an independent Committee of Examiners. Please note that the identities of the committee members are kept confidential.
